ON THE FRONT LINE

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will help build & implement plans across traditional (Retail, Music & Stadium) and non-traditional channels in Australia to accelerate Globelets organic business growth & strengthen its brand. You will help in distribution saturation and physical availability of Globelet products and systems in line with our standards & values, as well as support new business acquisitions in traditional & non-traditional channels as defined by the Management Team.

The role reports into the Australian Sales and Account Manager, with ownership of the Retail channel (Petrol & Convenience / Grocery & Destination) with the key objective of growing market share in a sustainable & ethical manner, preventing disposables entering landfill at every opportunity is the core of what you will do!

Example of daily tasks

- Leading the delivery of customer fulfilment & management (X functional support with Operations)

- On ground execution champion (travelling to & attending events and ensuring operational excellence & customer satisfaction)

- Customer acquisition support with non-traditional markets & retail ownership

- Presentation & researching skills

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role initially.

AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

EXECUTION

Maintain inbound sales leads and share with Account Managers.

Be the business execution champion and make sure Globelet shows up with best in class to increase value to customers.

Support operational task including shipping and logistics.

MANAGEMENT/SALES

Support Account Manager with the customer contact for sale of Globelet products at assigned accounts.

Perform outside sales functions.

Other duties as assigned.

 YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

(proven performance in)High school diploma or GED required

  1. Excellent sales skills

  2. Good mathematical skills

  3. Organisational skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contracts

  4. Current driver’s license with clean driving record that meet DOT driving standards

  5. Must be at least 21 years old

  6. Must be heathy

  7. Preferred prior sales experience

  8. Knowledge of the beverage market preferred

  9. Additional language skills an advantage

  10. High school diploma required

  11. Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
